MARIANA BASURTO – RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Mariana is IIPE’s newest team member. As a Research Associate, Mariana supports the team with her superior skills in candidate profiling, interviewing and validation. Mariana has a true passion for learning about the psychology of career decision making and the motivations, emotional intelligence and the drive behind performance. She has been immersed in an intensive three-month recruitment training program with the goal of helping IIPE’s clients find top talent internationally with a focused attention on results and cost savings.
Mariana attended Universidad Anáhuac México where she studied Marketing. Mariana is fluent in Spanish and English.
When Mariana is not finding top talent, you can find her doing yoga at the beach, listening to music, spending time with her loved ones or enjoying a beautiful sunset.
