The principal of IIPE is onsite 70% of the year as a leader in business development, client relations and oversees project management.

IIPE’s executive team is proud to be certified by AESC and AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter. The IIPE staff are college educated, multi-lingual and are trained by our principal and by industry professionals in the sourcing community.  The IIPE team regularly attends sourcing/recruiting symposiums and seminars to stay ahead as well as training with Internet, ATS and related software.

History of IIPE

Karen Russo, the principal of IIPE is a member of The Pinnacle Society, The Premier Consortium of Industry-Leading Recruiters in North America.   Karen is established in the industry since 1986.  She owns and operates a boutique recruiting firm, K. Russo Consulting Inc. in the USA.  In the corporate world, Karen is known for her ability to place top talent in Human Resources, Public Relations, Marketing and Communication as well as other disciplines in corporate America. Constantly seeking ways to become more efficient and provide premium services, in 2007 Karen launched IIPE.
